How long will it take for my patio furniture to arrive?

In general, shipping takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the size of the order and the distance of travel. Orders containing Sunbrella fabrics take an additional 3-6 weeks, depending on the time of year and the size of the order. Our peak season runs from March – September every year.  You can check the status of your order at any time by going to My Account and clicking on your order. Contact us if you have questions regarding your order.

What if there was a problem with my order?

We strive to make sure every order is accurate and undamaged before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes still happen. We’re here to help when things don’t go as planned. Contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order.

If your order is damaged – Take photos if possible. We may be able to ship replacement parts to you.  You can send the photos to our email address customerservice@tortugaoutdoor.com

If your order is incorrect – Refuse the shipment if possible. Leave the product in the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so that we can expedite your replacement order.

How do I protect my furniture?

Our furniture is made for the outdoors. With that said, you can increase the life of your furniture by protecting it from extreme weather conditions. Our cushions are water-resistant, not waterproof.  If the cushions get wet, remove the slips from the inner material and place in a dry area.

Long bouts of rain, direct intense sunlight, and saltwater can wear down the materials over time. It’s best to place your furniture under a cover/roof. You can also use a protective furniture cover to extend the life of your furniture.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We try to accommodate as many phone orders as possible, but we ask that you try to place your order through our website first. If you are unable to purchase over the internet, send us an email with your name, number, the product(s) you’re interested in, and a good time to call you. We try to have someone call you to place the order at the requested time.

Our warehouse is located in Canton, GA

Can I come to your warehouse to see the furniture or pick up an order?

While we do not have a showroom, we do welcome visitors. Just send us an email with your request and we’ll make sure someone is here to greet you at the door. We’re a small company, so it’s not a good idea to drive all the way to our warehouse without scheduling an appointment first.

Can I return my furniture for a full refund?

Yes, you can return your furniture with no questions asked, but you must pay for the return shipping. We reserve the right to give partial refunds for incomplete returns.

Where can I find replacement parts for my furniture? 

You can order replacement cushions, slipcovers, and suspension frames from our website.  Send us a note or give us call if you looking for something else.
